Yes, a bank statement or financial guarantee is required to show that you can cover tuition fees, living expenses, and travel costs. Each country has specific minimum fund requirements:
Italy & Lithuania: PKR 2.5 million
France: PKR 4-5 million
Tuition Fees:
Italy: Only €156 per year (for most public universities)
France: Varies between €250-6,000 depending on the institution and course
Italy: IELTS, TOEFL, or Italian language tests (if courses are in Italian).
Lithuania: IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent English proficiency certificates.
